Meet Your Builder

History and Corporate Officers
Bridgewater Innovative Builders began as Colorado native Mark Van Everen and his wife Heidi built their own log home in the mountains west of Boulder, Colorado in 1993. Mark came to the building industry through the residential framing side of construction as he worked his way through school.

After building several homes in the Nederland, Colorado area, Bridgewater Innovative Builders incorporated, first as Timberline Builders, in January of 1997 in Colorado. Since that time, Timberline Builders has continued to build new homes and a strong reputation as a highly professional and service oriented company.

In August of 2007, Mark and Heidi and their two children moved to Whitefish, Montana and started Bridgewater Innovative Builders.  Bridgewater will provide the same quality and superior craftsmanship as they grow Bridgewater Innovative Builders building custom, highly efficient, sustainable homes in the Flathead Valley.

Services
As both general contractor and builder, Bridgewater manages the entire building process. This includes everything from generating designs, surveying, engineering, generating cost analyses, obtaining permits, drilling a well, determining the best heating system, installing kitchen cabinets and the many other elements of home designing and building.

For our clients who have the ambition and skill to build their own homes, we provide both log and timber frame "shells." Shell packages include, at a minimum, the structure for your home (posts, beams, walls, panels, joists, & roof structure) and knowledgeable technical support. We can provide additional items for a dried in package such as doors and windows, fascia and exterior trim. Materials and labor can be customized to meet your individual needs.
